Uses
Use sulfur as the main wrapping material to wrap the particle urea to realize the slow release of nitrogen fertilizer. Also called sulfur coated urea, sulfur coated urea, belongs to the inorganic coating type of slow release fertilizer. Urea sulfur coating Urea is a wrapper type slow-release fertilizer made by wrapping sulfur and microcrystalline wax sealant on the outside of urea. The nutrient release is continuous and stable to meet the nutritional needs of crops, increase production and high quality. Unique color, nearly neutral fertilizer, suitable for all kinds of soil and crops. Unique sulfur nutrient, can control nutrient release rate. There is a thin film on the surface of the controlled release fertilizer. According to the different coating materials, it can be divided into sulfur coated controlled release fertilizer and resin coated controlled release fertilizer and other fertilizers. Take the controlled release fertilizer of resin envelope as an example: there are micropores on the surface of the envelope, and the micropores are affected by thermal expansion and cold contraction, and become larger or smaller. When spring and summer come, the temperature rises and there is plenty of rain. At this time, the crop growth is vigorous, and the amount of fertilizer is large. The micropores of the envelope heat up, soil moisture into the envelope, melt part of the fertilizer, liquid fertilizer nutrients from the envelope micropores outflow into the soil, for crop growth needs. When there is drought, the soil is short of water, and the fertilizer is difficult to release from the capsule in the form of liquid nutrients, avoiding the burning of crops due to excessive nutrients. When temperatures drop, crops grow more slowly and require less fertilizer. At this time, the micropores of the capsule become smaller, and the nutrient release is correspondingly reduced. Avoid nutrient waste. This improves the utilization rate of fertilizer compared with ordinary fertilizer. It can be said that the nutrient release law of controlled release fertilizer is consistent with the law of crop fertilizer demand, so it is also called "intelligent controlled release fertilizer".
