Product Description


It can be used in expanding fireproof material, such as polyurethane, UP resin and epoxy resin. It can also be used in the retardant of fiber, wood and plastic materials.  Due to its high molecular weight(n>1000) and good heat stability, APP can be used as main ingredient of expanding retardant thermoplastic. Especially used in the PP achieving UL94-V0 for electronic unit.

Product Application

 

Ammonium Polyphosate can be used in top-grade fire-retardant coating, fiberglass and engineering plastic, such as PE, PP, PU, polyester and nylon.
(1) With 15-20% APP in the adhesive and sealing agent, the good firing resistance is shown.
(2) For PU, APP is a very suitable preventing form buring dope without halogen.
(3) It is also applicated in hot solidifying resin of epoxy resin or unsaturated resin, etc.
